Marilyn R. Atlas is a talent and literary manager, award-winning producer, and co-author of Dating Your Character. She produced HBO’s Real Women Have Curves, and Lifetime's Choked, winner of the Sundance Audience Award, as well as A Certain Desire starring Sam Waterston and Echoes, winner of the Texas International Film Festival Gold Award. For the stage, she co-produced the West Coast premiere of God Bless You Mr. Rosewater and produced Real Women Have Curves which won the Sundance Award.

Her clients have appeared in FBI, Star Trek, Fringe, Pretty Little Liars, How to Get Away with Murder, Revenge, NCIS: LA, True Blood, Dexter, Castle, and many others. In addition to developing pilots for Showtime and ABC Family, she has sold several debut novels to major publishers including HarperCollins, Hachette, Grand Central, and Sourcebooks. And Marilyn R. is featured in Penguin/Tarcher’s Write Now!

For this workshop, please prepare a 1-2 page scene (comedic or dramatic) to present to Marilyn R., and also any questions that you would like to ask in a Q&A. Also, feel free to bring a headshot and resume for feedback by Marilyn R., time permitting.

As always, this workshop is educational in nature. There is no promise of employment or opportunity. Students will be able to request Marilyn R.'s contact information at the end of the session.

 As always, there are no returns or transfers. Tuition reserves your spot in class; all classes fill up, so this is the only way to confirm your spot. Tuition is non-refundable nor transferrable, as class is a commitment to yourself, your scene partner, your instructor and the collective. 
MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY 
Industry Workshops are individual classes tailored for each semester and do not have make-up policy. If the student has a doctors note for the absence on the day of the Workshop, the studio may provide a transfer to a different Industry Workshop or a credit which must be used within 1 year of the initial purchase.
