In this weekend workshop, our teen actors will learn quick yet challenging acting techniques to sharpen their tools for film and television. In addition to acting training, they will receive information on the industry and how to get started.

This is a great course for the beginning actor who wants to learn more about the path and lifestyle of an actor. What better way to shelter-in-place than by advancing your teen's acting skills and dreams!

The Curriculum the weekend includes:

Acting Technique (Based in our 7 Pillars System)
Film Technique,
Movement on Film and
Voice and Speech.

Teens will leave the training with newfound confidence in film acting, fresh and powerful tools for acting, and a sense of purpose in how to excel in the beginning stages of their acting career!

PAYMENT DISCLOSURE

As always, there are no returns or transfers. Tuition reserves your spot in class; all classes fill up, so this is the only way to confirm your spot. Tuition is non-refundable nor transferrable, as class is a commitment to yourself, your scene partner, your instructor and the collective.

ATTENDANCE POLICY FOR ALL SUMMER CAMPS AND WEEKEND INTENSIVES

As always, ASoOC has a No Cancellation/Refund Policy for all classes, camps, and workshops. Therefore, we count on our students to triple-check their schedules to be sure they can maintain the commitment. If your schedule changes and you cannot attend the camp you’ve registered for, you forfeit the tuition paid. No exceptions, even for work or medical emergency.

The Attendance Policy for the Summer Camps and Intensives is different from the standard policy of the studio. Due to the unique nature and limited schedule of all camp programming, make-ups are not allowed. Therefore, if a student misses any time in the camp he registered for, there is no way for the time to be made up. This includes absences due to: student illness, medical emergency, illness or death in the family, car trouble, auditions, bookings, travel, work, etc.
